We reply to complaints within 14 days, and usually much sooner.
Sent over an encrypted connection. We keep your message and any attachments in our database for 90 days to answer you and to fix problems, then delete them automatically — sooner if you ask. We may use automated tools to sort messages and prepare draft replies; a person reviews and sends every reply. A copy of each message is also sent to our mailbox by email through our provider (Google); we delete that copy if you ask.
